This program provides low-cost health care coverage to Wayne County residents. The Young Adult program offers health coverage to persons 18-30 years old who work or attend school full or part-time. Elder Prescription Insurance Coverage
The Elder Prescription Insurance Coverage is the prescription drug assistance program developed by the State of Michigan. EPIC allows qualified older adults to fill all of their prescription needs every month through the use of an EPIC card at participating pharmacies. The income qualification level would be set at 200% of poverty. The program is administered by First Health Services Cooperation. Those approved through the application process will receive their EPIC cards by mail from First Health Services Corp.
